Spiritual Workout

Spiritual Workout 1.0 it’s class on September 7th, 2016 at the YMCA after the summer break. The workout is held each Wednesday from 12pm noon to 1:00 pm in the Y conference room. All folks from the community are invited to attend this unique workout designed to help strengthen your faith and improve biblical knowledge. YMCA membership is not required to attend. Mindfulness Mediation

Barb McLaughlin will be teaching Mindfulness Meditation and her mission is to help as many people as possible learn to help themselves improve their health, happiness, and general satisfaction with life through learning the technique of Mindfulness Meditation.

  3. Benefits Cardiovascular and immune health
  4. It encourages a healthy lifestyle
  5. It increases self-awareness

Will Need:

  1. Comfortable Clothing
  2. Pillow or Cushion ( a chair will be available)

Bible Study

Bible Study takes place at the YMCA in the conference room every Thursday at 10:00 am
